Speed Limit: Please limit your speed on Butler Lane to 15 mph.
Please remove your shoes: Slippers are provided for your comfort.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM to respect our neighbors and preserve the tranquility of the valley.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the home.
No Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, we do not allow them.
Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests.
Hot Tub Use:
No glass in or near the hot tub
Always replace the cover when not in use
Garbage is collected Tuesday mornings at 6 AM. Please place bins at the curb Monday night.

Enter using the keyless lock on the door next to the garage. Our property manager will send your code before your stay.
Adjust temperature using the thermostats:
Main thermostat: Hallway off the kitchen (controls downstairs, except primary bedroom)
Primary suite thermostat: Located inside the bedroom
Upstairs thermostat: One in the hallway between the king bedrooms
The Hideout (bunk room): There are two thermostats in The Hideout.

Strip beds and place linens in the laundry room
Load and start the dishwasher
Take out all trash to the outdoor bins
Lock all doors and turn off all lights
Close all blind: Open the “Bond” app on the iPad, click on “Groups”, select “All Shades”, then lower the blue circle to shut all shades in the house.
If possible, please start a load of towels.

Motorized Shades
Each bedroom has blackout shades, and the downstairs bedrooms also have light-filtering shades.
How to operate:
Use the +/- buttons to switch between shades and the up/down buttons to adjust.
The center button pauses movement.
The “Bond” app on the iPad also allows you to control the shades.

Use the Sonos app on the iPad to play music.
Control individual speakers in different areas, including the patio.
Please keep volume levels respectful of neighbors.

Appliances:
Gas Range: Turn knob to light position and press the igniter.
Oven: Select the function on the control panel knob, set your desired temperature, and press "Start" to begin preheating. Knob will be orange while preheating, then turn blue once preheated.
Coffee Bean Grinder:
STEP 1: Slide grounds container onto base, you’ll hear a “click” when it’s properly positioned.STEP 2: Turn dial to set timer to desired grinding time, from 0 – 30 seconds. STEP 3: Push OXO button to start the grinder. It will automatically stop after running for the time you set. You can also stop the grinder at any time by pressing the OXO button.
Drip Coffee Machine:
STEP 1: Fill carafe with cold water and pour into water reservoir. Place the empty carafe into position on the warming plate.STEP 2: Place paper coffee filter into filter basket and add coffee grounds to your liking.
STEP 3a:Brew now
I. Press BREW/OFF twice.
STEP 3b: Brew later
I. Press BREW/OFF.
II. Press and hold the PROGRAM
button for 1.5 seconds.
III. Set brew time in the future.
IV. Press PROGRAM again.
Step 4: Sip and enjoy.
*Coffee maker will stay on ‘keep warm’ for 4 hours.
Dishwasher: Add detergent pod to the compartment and run on normal cycle.
Kitchen Essentials:
Small appliances (toaster, blender, etc.) are in the butler’s pantry.
Trash & Recycling:
We do not have recycling services.
Trash bins are on the west side of the garage.

Washer/Dryer Locations: Laundry room and primary bedroom closet
Detergent Instructions:
Use half a scoop of Oxy Clean for towels and bedding.
Add detergent pod directly into the drum.
Dryers: Set the dry level to “Very” to ensure thorough drying.

Hot Tub
Always replace the cover when not in use.
No glass in or near the hot tub.
Please rinse off before use.
Fire Pit
Turn knob to Light and hold ignition button until flame starts.
Adjust flame level as needed.
Turn off completely when not in use.
Outdoor Games & Seating
Games and seating are available on the patio.
Please store items properly after use.
